What happens to your audit input.

What you submit

DateProof receives the profile photos or screenshots you choose, their order, your dating app, age, gender, who you are interested in, relationship goal, and any optional location, bio, or prompt text you provide.

Why it is used

The information is collected to prepare and improve a private dating-profile audit. It is not used to publicly post your profile or to create a public dating profile.

AI processing

When AI analysis is enabled, your photos and the profile details you entered are sent to Anthropic, an external AI provider, to generate your audit. They are transmitted over an encrypted connection and are used to produce your report. DateProof does not use your photos to train any model.

If AI analysis is not enabled for your submission, DateProof shows a clearly labelled sample report instead and your photos are not sent to any external provider.

How it is stored

Submissions are stored in the private data storage configured for the DateProof service. Image files and submission metadata are not served as public website assets.

How long it is kept

If you buy the full audit, your uploaded photos are deleted as soon as your report has been generated and saved. If you do not buy, your uploaded photos are deleted automatically about 24 hours after you submit them. A cleanup task runs when the service starts and every six hours after that.

A purchased report is kept for 180 days from the day it is created, so you can reopen your private link during that period. After 180 days the report is deleted and the link stops working; it is not regenerated.

After your photos are deleted, DateProof keeps non-image information about the submission — its identifier, timestamps, how many photos were sent and their file sizes and types, the analysis outcome, and traffic-source information — for analytics, payment records, and debugging. Purchase records keep the amount, currency, status, and Stripe identifiers. DateProof never receives or stores your card details.

Payments and dating apps

Payment details are handled by Stripe’s hosted checkout when payment is enabled; DateProof does not store card details. DateProof is independent and is not endorsed by Tinder, Hinge, or Bumble.

Your choices

Only optional fields are marked optional. Do not upload photos or text you do not want included in the audit. Deletion of your photos happens automatically on the schedule described above; a manual deletion-request workflow is not yet built into this validation version.
